De TorcUP TX-serie is de 'go-to'-sleutel wanneer standaard industriële montage momentgereedschappen door hun grootte beperkt zijn in hun vermogen om de boutverbinding vast te zetten. De TX elimineert problemen rond de moer, achter de moer en boven de moer of bout. Bij toepassingen met langer draadeind, is de TX eenvoudig te plaatsen om het koppel te krijgen met een nauwkeurigheid van +/- 3%.

Bij het ontwerp van de TX-serie is rekening gehouden met elke obstructie van de applicatie. Elk onnodig en omslachtig onderdeel werd geëlimineerd, waardoor een tool met meerdere persoonlijkheden ontstond! De TX is er trots op dat hij past waar anderen dat niet kunnen en dat hij enorme hoeveelheden koppel toepast die de meesten niet hebben gehoord. Al die tijd is het nog steeds het meest onderhoudbare gereedschap in het veld dat kan worden gebruikt en onderhouden in enkele van de meest veeleisende omgevingen over de hele wereld. Voeg daar nog een koppeloutput met nauwe tolerantie aan toe die jaar na jaar herhaalbaar is!

Kenmerken
Patented “Peanut-Shaped” Piston
This feature allows the cylinder and ratchet link to be the same width. Friction reducing sliders prevent wear on the piston.
Dual Independent Swivels
The unique swivel design allows for 360 degree by 360 degree independent movement of the hoses to avoid any and all reaction points.
Hex Link Cassettes
Each link is fitted with steel alignment pins connecting the lower reaction area for added strength.
No Drip Quick Connect Couplers
These 3:1 rated safety couplers are designed for simple engagement. The coupler collar ensures safe operation.
Cylinder and Link Material
Both cylinder and link are manufactured from 4340 Aircraft Quality high strength steel alloy.
Nose Radius
Tight nose radius allows this tool to fit in applications where clearance constraints make other tools too bulky.
In-Line Reaction Pad
This design ensures torsion-free reaction every time.
Link Pin
One pin for link to cylinder engagement - no tool required for swapping ratchet links. -
