The Raptor RP-E6 is a pneumatic torque wrench with an extended nose. It is made for one of the most critical bolted joints: wheel nuts. With standard impact sockets you achieve repeatable torque, with an accuracy of ±5%.

Thanks to the extended nose you can reach bolts that are recessed or in a narrow space. The typical application is fitting rims on large trucks and mining machines (OTR), but the RP-E6 is suitable for any recessed bolt up to 1,030 ft·lbs (approx. 1,400 Nm), for example on large pumps.

Accessories

F/R/L unit (filter, regulator, lubricator)

Filters and lubricates the compressed air and regulates the pressure for the required torque. Complete with pressure gauge and 2.4 m air hose, in a welded steel frame for protection and transport.

Long reaction arm

For extra reach, with long (deep-well) impact sockets.

Socket-to-socket reaction arm

For reacting against the adjacent nut; the cap protects that nut. Adjustable to 4 – 6" (approx. 100 – 150 mm) from the square drive.

Straight reaction arm

For a reaction point at right angles (90°) to the drive.
