Sygma Delta-I 159 pipe bevelling machine

The Sygma™ Delta-I 159 is a compact machine for cold bevelling and facing of pipe ends, in preparation for welding. It clamps itself centred in the pipe, with an inside diameter of 65 – 159 mm, and is therefore set up quickly and accurately. The wall thickness can be up to 20 mm.

Cold bevelling

No heat input, so the properties of the pipe material stay the same.

Self-centring

The machine centres itself in the pipe, for quick and accurate set-up.

Applications
