Sygma Xtreme 1000 belt grinding machine

The Sygma™ Xtreme 1000 is a belt grinding machine for centreless grinding of large riding rings and rollers. It is built for heavy applications in cement plants, chemical plants, steel mills, sugar mills and mining. The 1000 is intended for more intensive grinding work: thanks to its greater length it cools better, and the powerful 5.5 kW motor and the longer belt ensure a long service life.

The Xtreme 750 and the Xtreme 1000 are the same machine, with the same options and feeds; only the length differs (belt width 150 mm). The 1000 is intended for more intensive grinding work and cools better thanks to its greater length. The linear guide is available with manual or automatic feed; the automatic feed is available for 230 V and for 400 V.
