SKF TIH 030m induction heater

The SKF TIH 030m is a small induction heater for hot mounting of bearings. It is ideal for the workbench, but also easy to take along for work on site. The heater comes with three yokes and foldable support arms, and heats bearings with a bore from 20 mm and a weight of up to 40 kg.

Features

Temperature or time mode

Heat to a set temperature, or for a set time.

Three yokes, stored internally

For bearings from 20 mm bore; the yokes are stored in the heater.

Automatic demagnetisation

After heating, the workpiece is automatically demagnetised. This reduces the risk of the bearing attracting metal particles and becoming contaminated.

Keep-warm function

Keeps the bearing at temperature after the heating cycle has finished.

Remote control

Operate the heater at a safe distance from the hot workpiece.

Also for other workpieces

Suitable for gears, bushings and other solid workpieces up to 20 kg.
