The Seiffert RollCheck® Green is a light, compact and rugged laser system for aligning rolls parallel, ideal if you need to replace rolls quickly in your plant. The green laser is ten times brighter than a red one. With the patented reflected laser beam you see immediately whether the rolls are parallel, up to 3 m apart. One person aligns in a few minutes, without training.

We supply and rent out the RollCheck, and provide training with it. Prefer to have it measured? Our measurement service also aligns your rolls and rollers on site.

Features

Green laser

A green laser line looks ten times brighter to the eye than a red one.

Patented reflected laser beam

The transmitter projects laser lines onto the reflector, which reflects them back to the transmitter. This shows you immediately whether the rolls are parallel.

Two angles at once

You see the vertical angle (pitch) and the horizontal angle (parallelism) at the same time, and adjust the roll directly.

One person, no training

One person aligns in a few minutes, without training.

Compact

Also fits in tight spaces; everything comes in a rugged case.

Crowned rolls too

Also suitable for measuring and aligning crowned rolls.

Less downtime and scrap
