Sygma MiniFacer ONE manual flange facing machine

The Sygma™ MiniFacer ONE is the flagship of the MiniFacer series. It was the first manual machine on the market for facing different types and sizes of flanges. You clamp it internally in bores from Ø 25 to 252 mm (1 to 10 inch) and machine flange faces from Ø 30 to 350 mm.

Set up in minutes, machining in seconds, by one person. The MiniFacer ONE works without a motor, so without compressed air or power. This gives you a crisp result every time, even in places where a powered machine cannot or may not go.
