The Digi-Pas DWL-8500XY is an ultra-precision 2-axis inclinometer with built-in vibration meter: a resolution of 1 arcsecond (≤ 5 µm/m) and a measuring range of up to 14,400 arcseconds. For levelling, 2D inclination angles, flatness and vibration measurements. With the supplied PC Sync Professional software you measure and log wirelessly via Bluetooth (Industrial Class 1) or via USB, run measurement series on XY coordinates and create a 3D profile of a surface. The three-point base prevents rocking.
- Ultra-precise: resolution 1 arcsecond, accuracy ±1 arcsec up to 1080 arcsec
- 3D surface profile for flatness measurements, with PC Sync Professional software (included)
- Vibration meter for low-frequency vibration (2 – 75 Hz)
- Wireless via Bluetooth Industrial Class 1 (> 30 m) or via USB
- Three-point base for stable contact without rocking
- Accuracy verified by accredited bodies and the National Metrology Centre of Singapore, traceable to SI (CIPM MRA); supplied with calibration certificate
Features

3D surface profile
Measure the flatness of a surface and view the result as a 3D graph, in combination with the PC Sync software.

Dual-axis display
Colour display with simultaneous graphical and numerical display of angle and vibration on the X and Y axis, in real time, for monitoring, data logging and analysis.

Ultra-precision angle measurement
Resolution 1 arcsecond. Wirelessly via Bluetooth or via USB to the PC for remote data logging; real-time graphical display on the TFT display.

Angle meter
Real-time angle monitoring, data logging and analysis, with graphical display on the TFT display.

Built-in vibration meter
Track, record and analyse the vibration pattern of a precision machine during operation, numerically and graphically.

Alternate zero
Set any angle as the reference (zero) and measure relative angles to that plane.

Absolute level setting (ABS)
Symmetrical, absolute measurement in both the forward and the reversed (180°) position, at any measuring angle.

USB connection to the PC
Read, monitor, log and analyse measurements remotely on the computer.

Wireless
Bluetooth Industrial Class 1 for monitoring, data logging and analysis from the computer with PC Sync Pro. With the Digi-Pas app (optional) a smartphone can also connect.

PC Sync software – Professional
Extensive functions for remote data logging, processing and analysis of angle measurements, for optimising the performance of precision machines.

Digi-Pas Level app (optional)
Use the wireless Bluetooth connection with a smartphone or tablet for 2-axis precision levelling.
