Sygma MiniFacer EVO manual flange facing machine

The Sygma™ MiniFacer EVO is the larger version of the MiniFacer ONE, for larger flanges. With the collet you clamp in bores from Ø 48 to 240 mm, with the adjustable base from Ø 146 to 466 mm. This lets you machine flange faces up to Ø 610 mm (24 inch), accurately and by hand.

Set up in minutes, machining in seconds, by one person. The MiniFacer EVO works without a motor, so without compressed air or power. This gives you a crisp result every time, even in places where a powered machine cannot or may not go.
