In most process technical installations such as pressure vessels, columns and heat exchangers, measuring probe connections with a very small diameter, eg DN 15 or 1/2 “, are used.
During maintenance work, damage is often visible on the sealing surface and this surface has to be machined to get the prescribed (ASME B 16.5) roughness.
For that application we have developed the MiniFacer Small Bore.
The unique collet clamping system ensures an easy and quick setup of the device.
Machining such a flange surface is very efficient and very fast with the MiniFacer Small Bore.
